These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IqraNow.ai mobile application and related services (“App”).

The App is owned and operated by:

(“IQRANOW”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

If you are under the legal age in your country, you must obtain parental or guardian consent.

IqraNow.ai provides AI-powered Quran recitation assistance and educational tools, including:

• Voice recognition and analysis

• Recitation feedback

• Error detection assistance

• Free and subscription-based features

• Advertisement-supported access for free users

The App is intended solely for educational and assistance purposes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

IQRANOW grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Sell, sublicense, or exploit the App commercially

• Use the App unlawfully

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of IQRANOW.

The App uses artificial intelligence to provide recitation assistance.

You acknowledge that:

• AI results may not be fully accurate

• Feedback is provided for assistance only

• The App does not replace qualified religious teachers or scholars

IQRANOW makes no guarantees regarding religious correctness or accuracy.

You use the App at your own risk.

IqraNow.ai offers subscription options including:

• Free use for the 1st month
• Promotional price of $2.90 per month for first 6 months

• Monthly Plan: SGD $3.90 per month

• Yearly Plan: $32.90 annually

Actual billing amounts will be displayed at purchase.

Prices may vary based on country, taxes, or currency.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You authorize the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to charge your payment method automatically.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds will be provided except where required by law or platform policy.

IQRANOW reserves the right to change subscription pricing.

If prices change:

• Users will be notified before renewal

• Users may accept the new price or cancel

• Price changes apply only to future billing periods

All payments are processed by third-party platforms such as Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

IQRANOW does not store payment details.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App unlawfully

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the App

• Reverse engineer or exploit the system

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools

• Resell or commercially exploit the App

• Upload unauthorized recordings

• Impersonate others

You agree to use only voices you are authorized to use.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws in your country, including Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

You are responsible for your use of the App.

IQRANOW may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms.

No refunds will be provided for violations.

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

IQRANOW makes no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy

• Reliability

• Availability

• Fitness for purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQRANOW shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages

• Loss of data

• Loss of profits

• Religious inaccuracies

• AI inaccuracies

• Service interruptions

Total liability shall not exceed:

SGD $100 or the amount paid by you in the past 12 months, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IQRANOW from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from:

• Your use of the App

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your misuse of the App

The App may be distributed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.

IQRANOW is not responsible for their actions.

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Singapore.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Singapore.

Users agree not to bring claims in any other jurisdiction.

Any dispute shall first be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore.

The arbitration decision shall be final.

IQRANOW may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
